Athletics

As a former rugby player, I’ve always been drawn to sports that push me to excel and give my all. Athletics has been a natural progression for me, and it’s been an honor to join the Forth Valley Flyers and train with such a passionate and supportive community.

In 2023 I took part in the Cross Country School Run at Hopetoun House, where I finished 25th, and at the Falkirk School Run in Grangemouth Stadium, finishing 4th. I know that through hard work and dedication, there’s no limit to what you can achieve in the sport.
